twelve pedal revolutions of life
 the body is the temple.
sundays are meant for being outdoors on a bicycle, not in some stuffy building breathing the exhaust from a bunch of rotting bodies.
spoil not the body with pot, booze or fatty foods.
the more you visit your dentist, the better for your body's health.
who needs bike to work week when you have bike to work life.
you can never have too many bikes.
you can never have too few gears.
your body's brain is worth protecting.
concrete streets, asphalt avenues, gravel roads, limestone trails, dirt paths, sandy beaches are all good to ride on.
a rusty chain or an unfixed flat tire is neglecting your body.
 spinning is not biking.
care not what others say of you or your wheels.
